When will my laundry be ready?

One hour before the first tournament game the following day.

What if my inventory is off?

Please double check your counts for jerseys & shorts and avoid assuming every player has thrown in their uniform. Unknown to Team Mgrs, at times players have accidentally left their uniforms in gym bags, under a bench, in the locker room, car, etc. We will double check your inventory count before washing late that night and if we notice the counts are off we will send the cell number on the account a text msg asap. 99.9% of problems are avoided when the Team Manager double/triple checks jersey & short counts prior to submission. Wash This Way has HD cameras at our laundry facility to ensure the processing of laundry by our staff is accurate.

Can I wash additional items besides jerseys & shorts?

The “Tournament Laundry Package” is meant to get teams back on the court with clean uniforms please do not send additional items.

What if I have more than one team?

Please create an order for each team.

What if my laundry is stolen?

Our Tournament DropStation is a contactless, self-serve pickup & dropoff table. Wash This Way is not responsible for laundry inventory discrepancies, theft, or loss. The Tournament Host Facility usually has security cameras, but Wash This Way does not privately secure laundry at the Tournament Facility. Like the Christian sportsmanship events we support, we expect the same from teams & parents. Charges can be filed for theft through the police.
